GOAT UI
- Prior-Year Wage Data Warning Added(Enhancement): added a warning banner to the Wages Workspace when prior-year wage or R&D % data is missing. The banner helps users understand that completing prior-year information may improve credit accuracy and potentially increase the credit amount.
- Company & Tax Overview Validation Banner Added(Enhancement):Added an error banner at the top of the Company & Tax Overview workspace when users attempt to finalize the workspace with unanswered required questions.
- Business Component Deliverable Exclusion Added(Enhancement):Added an “Exclude from Deliverable” action to the Business Components workspace, allowing Project Managers to exclude Business Components directly from the GOAT UI.
Admin Panel
- State Credit Selection Visibility Improved(Enhancement):Added State Name and Eligibility Status fields to the State Credit creation flow, providing better visibility into the selected state and its eligibility status.
- Fee Type Sync to Airtable Added(Enhancement):Enhanced Airtable synchronization to include Fee Type, Fixed Fee Amount, Fee Percentage, and Final Fee, ensuring complete fee information is available for downstream integrations.
- System Time Zone Updated(Enhancement):Updated the Admin Panel environment to use CST as the global system time zone.
Data Management
- Expense State Field Cleanup Completed(Enhancement):Removed the legacy state field from the expenses schema, updated unique index logic, and cleaned up state-related dependencies following the multi-state expenses implementation. This prevents false duplicate expense records caused by legacy state values.
Bug Fixes
- Company & Tax Overview Answers Retained After Reopening(Bug Fix):Fixed an issue where previously completed tax filing questions were reset after reopening and re-finalizing a completed Company & Tax Overview workspace. Saved answers are now retained correctly.
- Company & Tax Overview Validation Highlighting Fixed(Bug Fix):Fixed an issue where the “Are you computing a credit for a short year?” and “In which states did you file for R&D tax credits?” questions were not highlighted during validation when left unanswered.
- Wages Table Horizontal Scrolling Fixed(Bug Fix):Fixed an issue where the Employee Information section overlapped Wage and R&D % columns while horizontally scrolling the Wages table in Edit mode. The employee section now remains properly aligned and fixed during scrolling.
